PURPOSE: An attracting lamp, a stabilizer, and a capturing lamp using the stabilizer are provided to control a flickering period of the attracting lamp of a dimming type according to characteristics of flying insects, places, seasons, and installed environments. CONSTITUTION: A capturing lamp controls a flickering period to a low frequency band of 300 Hz and comprises a stabilizer(130) including a control unit(120) that controls the flickering period to be selectable depending on a considerable factor. The considerable factor is one of a type of an insect as a subject to be attracted, place, and time. The stabilizer comprises a rectifier smoothing circuit, a high frequency power generating circuit, and a light controlling circuit. The stabilizer controls the flickering period at a remote distance.
