PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ tracking device that can track the movement and deformation of organs without burdening patients and without interfering with surgery, an organ tracking method, and an organ tracking program.SOLUTION: An organ tracking device 10 includes an imaging unit 11 that captures a three-dimensional image P1 of an organ B on which a pattern of the surface of the organ is indicated, a calculation unit that calculates at least one of a movement amount and a deformation amount of the organ on the basis of a temporal change of the three-dimensional shape of the organ indicated by the plurality of three-dimentional images P1 and the temporal change of the pattern.
