PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an excision depth that is not stabilized by a change in a moving speed of an injection port of a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: There are provided a fluctuation part that fluctuates pressure inside a liquid chamber in accordance with a drive signal, an injection pipe having an injection port that injects liquid from the liquid chamber, a liquid supplying part that supplies liquid to the liquid chamber, and a control part that adjusts pressure inside the liquid chamber by controlling the fluctuation part and the liquid supplying part.
