PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable therapeutic machine for the dermatosis using light and heat simultaneously and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: An operation control method of the portable therapeutic machine for the dermatosis includes steps for: heating a tip of the therapeutic machine to a prescribed temperature range using a heater, when a signal is input in a control button of the portable therapeutic machine for the dermatosis and, when finishing the heating of the tip, turning on a light source inside a therapeutic machine housing and performing a light exposure therapy applying the light and the heat simultaneously to the skin via the tip. The light source may be a blue LED, a red LED, and an LED having RGB color or an LED selectively emitting blue or red light. The temperature of the tip during the light exposure therapy is 47.2-49.4°C, and the execution time thereof is 120-180 seconds.
