The present invention relates to a medical device for skin disease treatment and muscle pain relaxation using an LED, which is capable of irradiating light to a different wavelength band to help treatment of skin disease and muscle pain depending on a state of skin. The present invention comprises: a mask (100) which covers a face in a state of allowing a user to wear a head； a light irradiating unit (200) which irradiates light to skin for the skin disease treatment and the muscle pain relaxation through blood circulation improvement in a state of being fixed in the mask (100)； and a light controlling unit (300) which controls the light irradiating unit (200). The light irradiating unit (200) includes a circuit board (210) and a light source unit (220) which emits light by power applied in a state of being dispersely mounted to the circuit board (210). The light source unit (220) includes an LED for irradiating a blue light source, an LED for irradiating a red light source, and an LED for irradiating an IR light source.
