PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird stay preventive thin wire attaching tool capable of disposing bird stay preventive thin wires in a fixed state relative to an overhead wire always in such a way as separately and parallel to one another at positions above the overhead wire.SOLUTION: A body portion of the tool to be attached to the overhead wire B is configured as an annular member 20, and a fixture 30 is disposed at a position inside the circle of the annular member 20 to be fixed to the overhead wire B. An arc-shaped member 40 is disposed in the annular member 20 of the body portion in such a way as movable on the circle. The arc-shaped member 40 includes: a thin wire fixing means for fixing a bird stay preventive thin wire A, which is disposed parallel to the overhead wire B, to the arc-shaped member 40 and an arc-shaped member movement fixing means for fixing the arc-shaped member 40 to the annular member 20 at an optionally selected position on the circle of the annular member 20.
