The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular disposable injection devices. The syringe includes a needle, a body, a shaft and a piston. The rod with the piston has a length equal to the length of the body, as well as a special cylindrical shape of the grip-handle. For the exit of the solution the syringe does not have a single orifice, but several small orifices allowing the solution to pass without difficulty, while preventing the rod from being pushed out on the side of the attachment of the needle. The technical result is to prevent reuse of the syringe during total immersion of the rod. L'invention concerne des équipements médicaux, en particulier des dispositifs d'injection à usage unique. La seringue comprend une aiguille, un corps, une tige et un piston. La tige avec le piston a une longueur égale à la longueur du corps, ainsi qu'une forme spéciale cylindrique de l'appui-poignée. Pour la sortie de la solution la seringue ne comporte pas un seul orifice, mais plusieurs petits orifices permettant à la solution de passer sans difficulté, tout en empêchant la tige d'être poussée dehors du côté de la fixation de l'aiguille. Le résultat technique est d'empêcher la réutilisation de la seringue lors de l'immersion totale de la tige.
