PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foliage processing machine in which, when the foliage part of onion on a ridge is pulled up and the foliage part is cut by a cutting device just after that and is pulled up by a pull-up device, the foliage part and contaminants entangled in a pull-up belt can be prevented from being conveyed to an upper part and twined or clogged in a pulley or a drive shaft.SOLUTION: A horizontal rotation pull-up device 40 includes: a driving pulley 44 and a driven pulley 45 in a pair of left and right pull-up cases 402, respectively and a pull-up belt 46 with tines 46a wound to the driving pulley 44 and the driven pulley 45.
