The present invention relates to methods for diagnosis and treatment of cancer, particularly breast cancer. In particular, the present invention comprises i) determining the expression level of hGSTA1 in a tumor sample obtained from a subject, ii) comparing the expression level determined in step i) with its predetermined reference value.
