PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spherical nano capsule, capable of gradually releasing a material captured into the inside by change of form from a sphere to the other structure and forming a capsule in a solvent without including alcohol.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a spherical nano capsule comprises: (A) dispersing peptide lipid represented by the formula (1) in an organic solvent including alcohol to prepare a dispersion； (B) adding metal salt to the dispersion obtained in the step (A) to form a peptide lipid metal complex； (C) separating and drying the metal complex formed in the step (B) in a state before forming a spherical nano capsule from the solution to obtain a metal complex dry powder； and (D) re-dispersing the metal complex dry powder obtained in the step (C) in an organic solvent without including alcohol to form the spherical nano capsule.
