The present invention relates to a blood clot solvent composition using a natural material which can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for blood clot-related diseases by comprising pharmaceutical components of a natural material containing Acanthopanax sessiliflorum, wherein the blood clot solvent composition is manufactured by the following steps: a) washing and drying each of Acanthopanax sessiliflorum, Eclipta prostrata, Stachys japonica, Artemisia princeps, Zingiber officinale, and Allium sativum； heating each of the Acanthopanax sessiliflorum, Eclipta prostrata, Stachys japonica, Artemisia princeps, Zingiber officinale, and Allium sativum dried through the step a) to obtain extracts of the Acanthopanax sessiliflorum, Eclipta prostrata, Stachys japonica, Artemisia princeps, Zingiber officinale, and Allium sativum； and c) mixing each of the mixture obtained in the step b).본 발명은 오가피를 포함하는 천연소재의 약리적 성분을 함유하여 혈전 관련 질환의 치료제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 천연소재를 이용한 혈전 용해제 조성물에 관한 것으로, a) 오가피, 한련초, 초석잠, 쑥, 생강 및 마늘을 각각 세척한 후 건조시키는 단계와； b) 상기 a)단계를 통해 건조된 오가피, 한련초, 초석잠, 쑥, 생강 및 마늘을 각각 중탕하여 오가피 추출물, 한련초 추출물, 초석잠 추출물, 쑥 추출물, 생강 추출물 및 마늘 추출물을 얻는 단계와； c) 상기 b)단계를 통해 얻은 각각의 추출물을 혼합하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
