PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work of occlusal adjustment and to acquire accurate occlusion by a dentist or a dental technician creating dentures themselves and a special trader carrying out occlusal adjustment.SOLUTION: Occlusal-surface shape data and occlusal-surface position data of dentures are acquired on a dentist side, and the data are then transmitted to a grinding data provider side. A maxillomandibular occlusal state is reproduced on the grinding data provide side from the occlusal-surface shape data and occlusal-surface position received from the dentist side and a maxillomandibular occlusal adjustment portion is determined by changing a maxillomandibular occlusal vertical dimension. Cutting data comprising the occlusal adjustment portion data and the occlusal-surface position data are prepared on the grinding data provider side and the cutting data are transmitted to the dentist side. Occlusal adjustment is carried out by cutting the dentures by a grinding machine on the basis of the cutting data on the dentist side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】義歯の作成自体は歯科医師又は歯科技工士が行い、咬合調整を専門の業者が行うことで、咬合調整の作業を短縮するとともに、正確な咬合を得る。【解決手段】歯科医師側にて義歯の咬合面形状データと咬合面位置データを取得し、削合データ提供業者側に送信する。歯科医師側から受信した咬合面形状データと咬合面位置から、削合データ提供業者側で上下顎の咬合状態を再現し、上下顎の咬合高径を変更することで上下顎の咬合調整部分を決定する。削合データ提供業者側で咬合調整部分のデータと咬合面位置データとからなる切削データを作成し、歯科医師側に切削データを送信する。歯科医師側にて切削データに基づいて削合機により義歯を切削することで咬合調整する。【選択図】図7
