The skin cleansing composition of the present invention has excellent foaming power while having significantly low irritation to the skin and the eyes, and has excellent formulation stability even at high and low temperatures because the properties of the contents are maintained uniformly by increasing with a water-soluble thickener.본 발명은 기포력 및 안정성이 우수한 저자극성의 인체 세정제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 글루타메이트계 음이온 계면활성제, 암포아세테이트계 양쪽성 계면활성제 및 비이온 계면활성제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 저자극성 피부 세정제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피부 세정제 조성물은 피부 및 눈에 대한 자극도가 현저하게 낮으면서 기포력이 우수하고, 수용성 점증제로 점증함으로써 내용물의 성상이 균일하게 유지되어 고온 및 저온에서도 제형 안정성이 우수한 효과를 가지고 있다.
