PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human hepatocytes in which hepatocellular function is covered sufficiently even after culturing, the human hepatocytes being able to proliferate efficiently.SOLUTION: A human hepatocytes are cultured in a culture medium containing myricetin. The concentration of the myricetin in the culture medium is 1-30 μmol/L. The culture period in the culture medium containing myricetin is five to ten days. The human hepatocytes are liver parenchyma cells.
