PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-dispersed product containing dispersed fine particles of high concentration including a silicone oil having high viscosity, and a method for producing the silicone-dispersed product in high efficiency.SOLUTION: The silicone-dispersed product contains (a) 20-45 mass% silicone oil having 20-10,000 mm2/s kinematic viscosity when measured at 25°C, (b) 10-20 mass% polyether-modified silicone, (c) &ge5 mass% 1-6C alcohol compound having 1 or 2 hydroxyl groups. The average particle diameter of the dispersed particles in the dispersed product is &le100 nm.
