SOLUTION: The endoscopic surgical device includes an extruding member 15 for extruding a plurality of sheets 28, 28, 28 and 28 which are housed in such a state as arranged in series toward an opening 25 of a device body 12 in a housing area 62 disposed within the device body 12 one by one outward from within the device body 12 through the opening 25, and a pressing part 56 for pressing the sheets 28 on a surgical site.
