The present invention relates to a port body sealed with a medical solution bag and a feeding jig for supplying the port body between sheets of the medical solution bag in a manufacturing apparatus of the medical solution bag, and more specifically, to a port body of a medical solution bag and a feeding jig thereof, wherein the port body of the medical solution bag has a sealing tube body, a cap housing, and a connection tube, and vertices protruding from both sides of the sealing tube body are arranged to be parallel with the sheets of the medical solution bag when the feeding jig grips the port body to insert the sealing tube body between the sheets of the medical solution bag.
