The present invention relates generally to a new format of antigen binding receptors that have the ability to specifically bind to tumor associated antigens. More specifically, the present invention relates to antigen binding receptors that efficiently and specifically bind / interact with antigens on the surface of tumor cells, and T cells that have been transfected / transduced with the antigen binding receptors. Furthermore, the invention relates to nucleic acid molecules and vectors encoding the antigen-binding receptors of the invention.
