A common problem in the development of monoclonal antibody therapies is that they are not sufficiently effective despite Fab and FcR binding. The present invention involves a biologically active protein referred to as a stradobody. The stradobody has two or more domains that make up stradobody multimers. The stradobody has both antigen-binding ability and ability to bind to Fc receptor (FcR) and is useful in the treatment and prevention of diseases.
