PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a risk that an arm bar might break due to metal fatigue, by obviating the necessity of bending the arm bar repeatedly to use.SOLUTION: A plurality of arm bars to which leaders are connected, are attached to a head 1, and each arm bar includes a bar body 11 which has a connector to connect a leader and a hooking rod 13 bent via a bend 12 from the bar body 11. The head 1 is provided with a capsule 3 in which the hooking rod 13 is inserted and held.
