The present invention relates to a bone acupuncture guiding device formed to come into close contact with at least one side among all sides of a tooth or a set of teeth and an uneven shape of gums and including a prosthesis frame having a guidance hole penetrated toward a bone acupuncture portion and, more specifically, to a bone acupuncture guiding device including a guidance member which inserts a bone needle into an acupuncture position to come into contact with an inner diameter surface and having an insertion hole providing a linear passage to guide the bone needle to the acupuncture position. Therefore, the present invention provides the bone acupuncture guiding device which forms the guidance hole, for guiding the bone needle to the bone acupuncture position, in the prosthesis frame manufactured to come into close contact with at least one side among all sides of the tooth or the set of teeth and the uneven shape of gums of a patient and is capable of adjusting a set passage and a bone needle insertion depth only by exchanging the guidance members, thereby realizing delicate and safe bone acupuncture without shakes in all directions during the bone acupuncture.본 발명은 치아 또는 치열의 상하전후 중 적어도 어느 한 면과 잇몸의 요철형상에 따라 밀착되도록 성형되며, 뼈침을 시술할 부위를 향하여 안내공이 관통형성된 보형틀을 포함하는 뼈침시술 안내구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 상기 뼈침을 시술할 위치까지 안내공의 내경면에 밀착되도록 삽입되며, 뼈침이 뼈침시술 위치까지 안내하도록 직선경로를 제공하는 삽입공이 형성된 안내부재를 포함한다.따라서, 피시술자의 치아 또는 치열의 상하전후 중 적어도 어느 한 면과 잇몸의 요철형상에 따라 밀착되도록 제작된 보형틀에 뼈침 시술부위까지 뼈침을 안내하는 안내공을 성형하여 항상 일정한 위치에 뼈침시술이 이루어지도록 하고, 설정된 경로와 뼈침 삽입 깊이가 안내부재의 교체만으로 조절가능하게 함으로써, 뼈침 시술 시 상하좌우 흔들림없이 정교하고도 안전한 뼈침 시술이 이루어지게 하는 뼈침시술 안내구를 제공한다.
