PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel particles in which a perfume included is inhibited from solubilizing outside the particle when it is compounded in a commercial product containing a surfactant.SOLUTION: In the hydrogel particles, a dispersed phase of an oily component is dispersed in a continuous phase of an aqueous component of hydrogel. The aqueous component contains: component (A) a gelling agent generating thermally-reversible sol/gel shift component (B) a surfactant and component (C) water. Also, the oily component contains: component (D) a hydrocarbon having a melting point of not lower than 40°C and component (E) a perfume.
