PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fluid dispersion in which an oily component having the reduced average particle diameter is dispersed into an aqueous component.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a fluid dispersion, an aqueous component and an oily component are merged, one or two or more among the aqueous component before the merging, the oily component before the merging and a liquid after the merging of the aqueous component and the oily component are communicated through pores with a particle diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm.
