PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing high-purity urea water, capable of removing all at once, metal ion and occlusion causative material by a comparatively simple method, and suppressing fluctuation of a pH value.
SOLUTION: In this method for producing high-purity urea water, urea water undiluted solution is treated by an acidic cation exchange resin, and then treated by a strongly basic anion exchange resin.
