A medicated module including a slidable bung that comprises a bypass flow path and a medicament cavity. The medicament cavity stores a second medicament. The medicated module also includes a bung housing for housing the slidable bung, and the bung housing comprises an inlet and an outlet. The slidable bung is configured to slide through the housing from a priming state to a dispensing state. In the priming state, the bypass flow path is in fluid communication with the inlet and outlet. Further, in the dispensing state, the medicament cavity is in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet.
