PURPOSE: An optometer is provided to easily control friction between an optometer body and a base by additionally installing an elastic member pressurizing a vertical moving member to the base side.CONSTITUTION: An optometer includes a base(100), an optometer body(200) and a friction generation part(400). The optometer body is installed on a base and moved in the X-Y direction. The friction generation part controls the movement of the optometer body by using friction with the upper surface of the base. The optomerter body includes a handle part and a monitor for displaying an image.
