PURPOSE: A portable couple type crutch is provided to be easily detachable and to be simply coupled and manufactured due to a structure which fixes a right support and a left support. CONSTITUTION: A portable couple type crutch includes a cushion member(11) which is taken under an arm of a user； an armpit support(12) which is formed on the lower part of the cushion member； support fixtures(20) which are fixed on both ends of the armpit support； a handle(23) which fixes the support fixture； a trestle(34) which is inserted into the gap formed by a Y-shaped extension with a fixed length from the right and left sides of the arm support, and is fixed in the gap； an antiskid cap(35) which is installed on the low end part of the trestle； upper support fixtures(22,22') and lower support fixtures(33,33') which are formed by cutting the center points of the support fixtures； a coupling cap(28) which connects and fixes the lower end parts of the fixtures(22,22') and the upper end parts of the lower part support fixtures； a width support fixture(26) which is installed on the lower part of the handle of the upper part support fixture； a first elastic member(24) which has one side connected to the width support fixture and the other side which is installed with a ring； and a through hole of the trestle which is combined with the ring of the first elastic member.본 발명은 다리가 불편한 사람 또는 다리 장애인들이 장거리 이동시 보행보조수단으로 사용되는 목발을 휴대시에는 간편하게 접어 휴대 또는 보관이 용이하게 결합하여 크기를 줄일 수 있는 휴대용 결합식 목발에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 겨드랑이에 끼워지는 쿠션부재(11)와 상기 쿠션부재(11)의 하부에 형성된 겨드랑이받침(12)과 상기 겨드랑이받침(12)의 양측단에 고정되는 지지대(20)와 상기 지지대를 고정하는 손잡이(23)와 상기 지지대와 일측이 결착되는 지지대와 상기 지지대의 하부 좌우를 “Y”자형으로 일정 길이만큼 연장되어 사이에 사입되어 고정되는 다리대(34) 및 다리대의 하단부에 미그럼 방지캡(35)이 설치된 목발에 있어서, 상기 지지대의 중앙지점이 절단하여 형성된 상부지지대(22,22') 및 하부지지대(33,33')와 상기 상부지지대(22,22')의 하단부와 상기 하부지지대(33,33')의 상단부를 결합하여 고정시킬 수 있는 결합캡(28)과 상기 상부지지대(22,22')의 손잡이(23) 하부에 설치된 가로지지대(26)와 상기 가로지지대(26)에 일측이 연결되고 타측은 고리형태가 설치된 제1탄성부재(24)와 및 상기 제1탄성부재(24)의 고리가 다리대(34)의 통공(31)에 결착되는 것을 특징으로 한
