Freeze-dried snack product not containing beta-amylase, comprising: - a food component selected from the milk component, the vegetable component, a fruit component, or mixtures thereof - the composition of the hydrolyzed whole grain - alpha-amylase or fragment thereof, wherein the alpha amylase or fragment thereof in the active state does not have hydrolytic activity against dietary fiber u emulsifying komponent.2. Freeze-dried snack product according to claim 1, further comprising a protease, or fragments thereof, in a concentration of 0.001-5% by weight of the total content of the whole grain, wherein the protease or a fragment thereof in an active state does not have hydrolytic activity against food volokon.3. Freeze-dried snack product according to claim 1, containing no proteazy.4. Freeze-dried snack product according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier component is selected from the group consisting of lactylated mono and diglycerides, polysorbates, caseinate, whey protein, egg white protein and kombinatsiy.5. Freeze-dried snack product according to claim 4, wherein the lactylated mono and diglycerides are present in an amount from 0.001% to 1% by kompozitsii.6. Freeze-dried snack product according to claim 5 wherein the freeze-dried snack product additionally comprises amyloglucosidase or fragment thereof, which have no active hydrolytic activity against food volokon.7.
