Bispecific antibodies comprise first binding domain which binds to EGFR and a second binding domain which binds to PD-1, wherein the antibody or the antigen binding-fragment is in a format selected from the group consisting of single chain Fv (scFv), diabodies, and oligomers of the foregoing formats. Amino acid sequences of the antibodies, cloning or expression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing or isolating the antibodies are provided.
