PURPOSE: An aerobic exercise bed is provided to maximize the body rhythm of life by far-infrared radiation and to improve blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: An aerobic exercise bed comprises: a bed main body in which a bottom plate is formed in the lower part thereof and the top thereof is opened； a frame(2) supporting the bed main body； a driving part(3) which is installed to the frame and rotates the bed main body； a mattress part on which a man is able to lie； a cover which is openably formed on the top and bottom of the bed main body； and a moving part(9) which is installed in one side of the bed main body and shakes the body.본 발명은 유산소 운동 침대에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 유산소 운동 침대는 하부에 저판이 형성되고, 양측면에 마주보게 형성되는 장변 측판과 단변 측판이 각기 형성되고 상부가 개구된 침대본체； 상기 침대본체를 지지하는 프레임； 상기 프레임에 장착되며 상기 침대본체를 회전시키는 구동부； 상기 침대본체의 저판에 이동가능하게 설치된 다수의 조각판으로 구성되어 사람이 누울 수 있도록 한 장판부； 상기 침대본체의 상부 및 하부에 개폐가능하게 형성된 커버 및 상기 커버의 내측에 형성된 원적외선 방사램프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면 환자가 침대에 누운 채 허리 및 엉덩이 등의 각 신체 부위를 횡운동을 하면서 유산소 운동을할 수 있고, 원적외선을 쏘이면서 생체 기능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 거꾸로 세울 수 있어 혈액 순환을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
