The present invention relates to a leg stimulus device which can be used for relief of symptoms of a restless leg syndrome and a method for stimulating legs using the same, and more specifically, to a leg stimulus device including a sensor for sensing movement of the legs a controller for determining whether the movement sensed by the sensor is a movement related to symptoms of a restless leg syndrome and a stimulating unit for stimulating the legs according to a determined result of the controller. According to the leg stimulus device for relief of symptoms of the restless leg syndrome and the method for stimulating legs using the same in the present disclosure, the sensor attached to the legs senses a movement of the legs, and the controller determines whether the movement sensed by the sensor is a movement related to the symptoms of the restless leg syndrome and controls the stimulating unit. Accordingly, the present invention can sense the symptoms of the restless leg syndrome easily in daily lives and in response to determining that the sensed movement relates to symptoms, quickly provide a stimulus, such as, vibration or low frequency, as feedback on a determined result, thereby effectively alleviating the symptoms of the restless leg syndrome.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 하지불안증후군의 증상완화에 사용될 수 있는 다리 자극 제시기 및 이를 이용한 다리 자극 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 다리의 움직임을 감지하는 센서부 상기 센서부에서 감지된 움직임이 하지불안증후군의 증상과 관련된 움직임인지 여부를 판단하는 제어부 및 상기 제어부에서의 판단 결과에 따라 상기 다리에 자극을 제시하는 자극부를 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 하지불안증후군의 증상완화에 사용될 수 있는 다리 자극 제시기 및 이를 이용한 다리 자극 방법에 따르면, 다리에 부착된 센서로 구성되는 센서부가 다리의 움직임을 감지하고, 제어부가 센서부에서 감지된 움직임이 하지불안증후군의 증상과 관련된 움직임인지 여부를 판단하여 자극부를 제어함으로써, 하지불안증후군의 증상을 일상생활 속에서 간편하게 감지할 수 있고, 감지된 움직임이 증상 관련 움직임인 경우 그에 따른 피드백으로 진동이나 저주파 등의 자극을 신속하게 제시함으로써, 하지불안증후군의 증상을 효과적으로 완화시킬 수 있다.
