The present invention relates to a cellulose manufacturing method and a manufacturing method for cellulose-based polymer which can be used as an antibacterial agent includes: a) a step of pre-treating the biomass by emitting radiation rays to a biomass raw material； b) dissolving the pre-treated bio-mass to a ionic liquid represented by the formula 1； and c) obtaining the cellulose by extracting the cellulose from the biomass dissolved to the ionic fluid.본 발명은 셀룰로오스의 제조방법 및 셀룰로오스계 고분자 항균제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 셀룰로오스 제조방법은 효율적이고 경제적인 방법으로 고수율로 고순도의 셀룰로오스를 제조할 수 있다.
