PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty tool capable of acquiring effective beauty effects.SOLUTION: A pair of ball state rotors 13 are supported to an end part of a handle 11, and outer periphery of the rotor 13 comprises a plurality of protrusions 12 formed into a cone shape and whose tip end is formed into a convex surface state.
