The present invention relates to a hexagonal complex acupressure tool which comprises: a body (10) having the upper and lower surfaces formed to be relatively wide, and including a plurality of upper and lower combination grooves (11,12) formed on the upper and lower surfaces； a first acupressure protrusion (20) including a first combination part (21) combined with the upper combination groove (11) of the body (10), and a first protrusion part (22) installed at the front end of the first combination part (21), and having a cone shape or pyramid shape of which the top is sharp； and a second acupressure protrusion (30) including a second combination part (31) combined with the lower combination groove (12) of the body (10), and a second protrusion part (32) installed at the front end of the second combination part (21), and having a cone shape or pyramid shape of which the top is round.
