<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultry farming system capable of producing a fertilizer having high fertilization effect and feed having a high nutritive value from poultry manure. <；P>；SOLUTION: The poultry farming system has a rearing step of rearing chickens by giving feed to the chickens, a poultry manure-collecting step for collecting poultry manure excreted by reared chickens, a mixture producing step of producing a mixture by adding water to the collected poultry manure, a sieve sorting step of sorting the produced mixture into a residue remaining on a sieve, a liquid water passing through the sieve and a precipitate passing though the sieve and precipitated in water, a feed-producing step of producing the feed by using sorted residue as a raw material and a fertilizer-producing step of producing fertilizer by using the sorted precipitate as a raw material. In the feed-producing step, the feed is preferably produced by mixing the residue with fermentation micro-organism.
