PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mechanism in which a moving range of a movable part is wide and the moving part can be smoothly and accurately operated.SOLUTION: The operation mechanism 1 includes an input-side link operating device 2A with an input member 15A avariably connected to a fixed member 4 in attitude via three sets or more of link mechanisms 11A, and an output-side link operating device 2B with an output member 15B variably connected to the fixed member 4 in attitude via three sets or more of link mechanisms 11B. The link mechanisms 11A, 11B include a fixed-side end link member 11a, an input-side or output-side end link member 11c, and a central link member 11b connecting the both end link members 11a, 11c.
