The present invention relates to a plant cultivation apparatus having a darkroom maintaining cover which comprises: a planting unit for planting plants on a main body； a light source installed on the main body for emitting light to the plants planted in the planting unit； and a water spraying unit installed on the main body for spraying water to the plants planted in the planting unit. The main body includes an opening in between the planting unit and the light source, and the darkroom maintaining cover detachably installed to block the light by being installed on the opening.
