PURPOSE: A plant cultivation apparatus for home use is provided to block the light, which is radiated from the plant cultivation apparatus, from users when needed. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit (10) stores water or a nutrient solution. A lower case (20) includes a seedling unit (21) for planting seedlings, and is installed on the upper side of the storage unit. A water supply unit (30) supplies the water or the nutrient solution to the seedling unit. An upper case (40) is separated from the lower case to a predetermined interval, and located on the upper side of the lower case. A lighting unit (50) includes lighting sources for supplying light to the seedlings. A blocking plate (70) has one end connected to the upper case and the other end connected to the lower case. A cultivator (80) includes the seedling unit for planting the seedlings. A height sensor (85) is installed on the blocking plate for detecting the height of plants on the seedling unit.본 발명은 가정용 식물재배장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 가정에서 용이하게 상추나 배추, 토마토 같은 식물을 재배시킬 수 있는 가정용 식물재배장치에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 가정용 식물재배장치는 저장수단과, 하부케이스와, 물공급수단과, 상부케이스와, 조명수단과, 지지수단과, 차단판을 포함한다. 상기 저장수단은 물 또는 양액을 수용할 수 있다. 상기 하부케이스는 식물의 모종을 심을 수 있는 모종부를 구비하여 상기 저장수단의 상부에 설치된다. 상기 물공급수단은 상기 저장수단에 저장된 물 또는 양액을 상기 모종부에 공급할 수 있다. 상기 상부케이스는 상기 하부케이스와 일정간격 이격하여 상기 하부케이스의 상부에 위치한다. 상기 조명수단은 상기 하부케이스의 모종부에 심어진 모종에 광을 공급하기 위한 광원을 복수 개 구비하여 상기 상부 케이스와 상기 하부케이스의 사이에 위치한다. 상기 지지수단은 일단은 상기 저장수단에 연결되고 타단은 상기 상부케이스에 연결되어 상기 상부케이스를 지지하며, 상기 모종부에 심어진 식물이 성장하더라도 일정한 광을 공급할 수 있도록 회전하여 상기 조명수단의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 상기 조명수단에 연결된다. 상기 차단판은 소음과 상기 조명수단에서 발광되는 광이 일정한 각도만큼 차단할 수 있도록 일단은 상기 상부케이스에 연결되고 타단은 상기 하부케이스에 연결된다.
