摘要：: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases and, more specifically, a silent information regulator 2 (SIRT2) inhibitor of the present invention can be an effective method for preventing and treating renal inflammatory diseases by septicemia due to alleviating renal inflammation through inhibiting expression of CXCL2 and CCL2, which are inflammation-inducing factors induced by a lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and inhibiting a kidney injury.본 발명은 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명의 SIRT2억제제는 LPS-유도된 염증유발인자인 CXCL2 및 CCL2의 발현을 억제함으로써 신장염증을 완화시켜 신장손상을 억제하여 패혈증에 의한 신장 염증성 질환의 예방 및 치료할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다.
