The present invention relates to a method for producing an equine serum against the venom of Apis mellifera africanised bees, produced from the blood of hyperimmunised horses, and using as the antigen the main toxic fractions of the venom from Apis mellifera (melittin and phospholipase A2). The entire process is described, including venom extraction, purification of the fractions of interest, antigen preparation, horse hyperimmunisation, production of hyperimmune plasma, preparation of the concentrate containing specific antibodies and of the finished product, after purification by sterilising filtration and clarification, as well as the bottling, final formulation, preclinical studies, posology, uses and indications.La présente invention concerne le procédé d'obtention d'un sérum équin anti-venin d'abeilles, notamment contre le venin d'abeilles africanisées Apis mellifera, produit à partir du sang d'équins hyperimmunisés, en utilisant comme antigène les principales fractions toxiques du venin d'Apis mellifera (mélitine et phospholipase A2).
