The present invention relates to avirulent Salmonella gallinarum variants by inactivating virulence gene clusters of Salmonella gallinarum (SG), a main pathogen of avian salmonellosis, and various uses thereof notably in the production of Salmonella-specific lytic bacteriophages, pharmaceutical compositions and feed additives.본 발명은 가금 살모넬라증(Avian Salmonellosis)의 주 원인균인 살모넬라 갈리나룸(Salmonella gallinarum, SG)의 병원성 유전자군을 불활성화시켜 병원성이 약화된 살모넬라 갈리나룸 변이주 및 이의 여러 가지 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 살모넬라 특이적 용균성 박테리오파아지 생산에 적용하기 위한 용도 및 상기 변이주를 유효성분으로 하는 약제학적 조성물 또는 사료 첨가제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.
