The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for the prevention or treatment of brucellosis comprising an attenuated salmonella mutant as an active ingredient. The present invention relates to the use of Salmonella bacteria attenuated by a vector developed to increase the secretion of BCSP31, Omp31 or SOD antigen derived from brucellosis,SalmonellaTyphimurium) and effectively resistant to Brucella avotus toxicity as well as humoral and cell mediated immune responses to antigens in mice inoculated with the transformed attenuated Salmonella mutant mixture. Therefore, the mutant of the present invention is expected to be useful as a vaccine for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis which can be safely, economically and easily inoculated.본 발명은 약독화된 살모넬라 변이주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 브루셀라증의 예방 또는 치료용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 브루셀라 아보투스 유래 BCSP31, Omp31 또는 SOD 항원의 분비를 증가시키도록 개발된 벡터로 약독화된 살모넬라균(Salmonella Typhimurium)을 형질전환시키고 상기 형질전환된 약독화된 살모넬라 변이주 혼합물을 접종시킨 마우스에서 항원에 대한 체액성 및 세포 매개 면역 반응뿐 아니라 브루셀라 아보투스 독성에 대하여 효과적으로 저항성을 보임을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 변이주는 안전하고 경제적이며 간편하게 접종할 수 있는 브루셀라증 예방 및 치료용 백신으로 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
