The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for anti-virus chlorella extract and a product thereof. The method includes the following steps: (a) putting chlorellas into water, (b) immersing the chlorellas at low temperature, (c) pouring hot water into the liquid, (d) cooling the liquid after extracting, (e) removing residue from the liquid after a centrifugal process, and (f) condensing the liquid. After the above method, chlorella essence powder can be further produced by using a drying method. In addition, after the above steps (a) to (f), chlorella essence liquid can be produced by removing macromolecular proteins by using centrifugation method, and then performing high temperature steam sterilizing.
