PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for endoscopes having a distal end that can be quickly and safely inserted into a target site in accordance with an insertion site in a body.SOLUTION: A medical treatment instrument according to the present disclosure comprises: a bending coil including a tip end, a bending part, a connection part disposed at an opposite side of the tip end via the bending part, and an uncoiled part in the connection part side； and a tube including a support part connected to the connection part and rotatably supporting the bending coil, a rotation suppression part coming into contact with the uncoiled part, and a base end at an opposite side of the support part.
