The present invention relates to a terminal itself having a smart phone, an apparatus for stimulation and diagnosis using a terminal, and a method thereof. More specifically, by utilizing each application of a terminal, low frequency stimulation is performed, and stimulation strength can be varied in accordance with an inclined degree of the terminal. According to the present invention, stimulation strength in accordance with an angle of the terminal is predetermined to be stored in a memory unit, and a terminal angle is checked by an inclination sensor. Thus, when the checked angle or an angle range is maintained for over a predetermined time, corresponding stimulation strength is operated by being outputted by a signal outputted by control of a control unit.본 발명은 스마트폰을 포함하는 단말기 자체 또는 단말기를 이용한 자극 및 진단을 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 단말기의 각 어플리케이션을 활용하여 저주파 자극을 수행하거나 상기 단말기의 기울어짐 정도에 의해 자극 강도를 달리할 수 있는 것에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 단말기의 각도에 따른 자극강도가 미리 설정되어 메모리부에 저장되고, 기울기 센서에 의해 단말기 각도가 확인되어, 상기 확인된 각도 또는 각도범위가 미리 정한 시간이상 유지되는 경우에, 그에 대응되는 자극강도가 제어부의 제어에 의거 출력되는 신호에 의해 출력되어 동작된다.
