In the present invention, disclosed is a filtering device with enhanced filtering performance for an water tank and a filtering apparatus including the same. The filtering device according to the present invention includes: a housing which forms an external appearance and includes a water inlet, which is formed on one side thereof to allow water to be inserted therein； a first filter which filtrates water inserted from the water inlet； a flow channel unit through which water, filtrated by the first filter, passes； a second filter which is formed on a lower portion of the flow channel unit and filtrates water flowing from the flow channel unit； and a discharging unit which is formed on a lower portion of the second filter and discharges water filtrated by the second filter. The first filter, the flow channel unit, and the second filter are located in the housing.본 발명은 여과능력이 향상된 수조용 여과기 및 이를 포함한 여과장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 여과기는 외관을 형성하고, 일측면에 물이 유입되는 물유입구가 형성된 하우징； 상기 물유입구로부터 유입된 물을 여과하는 제1여과재； 상기 제1여과재에 의해 여과된 물이 이동하는 유로부； 상기 유로부의 하부에 형성되고, 상기 유로부로부터 유입된 물을 여과하는 제2여과재； 및 상기 제2여과재의 하부에 형성되고, 상기 제2여과재에 의해 여과된 물을 배출하는 배출부；를 포함하고, 상기 제1여과재, 유로부 및 제2여과재는 상기 하우징의 내부에 위치한다.
