The present invention relates to a process for preparing an excipient by reacting at least one wax with at least one polyol in the presence of at least one enzyme. It also relates to the excipient that can be obtained by this process and the cosmetic composition comprising this excipient. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un excipient par réaction d'au moins une cire avec au moins un polyol en présence d'au moins une enzyme. Elle concerne en outre l'excipient susceptible d'être obtenu par ce procédé et la composition cosmétique comprenant cet excipient.
