A new hair cosmetic composition containing (a) a 40-90 wt % volatile oil component, (b) 0.1-20 wt % a combination of polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene, butylene, dimethylpolysiloxane copolymers, and (c) 0.1-30 wt % ethanol.
