PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to feed a peritoneal dialysis fluid more accurately.SOLUTION: A peritoneal dialyzer for injecting a peritoneal dialysis fluid in the abdominal cavity includes fluid feeding means for feeding the dialysis fluid by repetitively pressing a diaphragm pump, deriving means for deriving a fluid amount fed by the fluid feeding means at each pressing, and control means for controlling a pressing amount of the diaphragm pump in the fluid feeding means. When an integrated value of the fluid amount derived by the deriving means exceeds a first threshold which is smaller than a pre-designated target fluid amount by a first predetermined amount, the control means changes the pressing amount of the pressing to the diaphragm pump to a second pressing amount smaller than a first pressing amount in the preceding pressing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】より正確な腹膜透析液の送液を可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】透析液を腹腔に注入する腹膜透析装置は、ダイアフラムポンプを繰り返し押圧することにより透析液を送出する送液手段と、送液手段による送液量を1回の押圧ごとに導出する導出手段と、送液手段におけるダイアフラムポンプの押圧量を制御する制御手段と、を有する。制御手段は、導出手段により導出された送液量の積算値が、予め指定された送液目標量から第1の所定量だけ少ない第1の閾値を超えた場合に、ダイアフラムポンプへの押圧の押圧量を、先行する押圧における第1の押圧量より少ない第2の押圧量に変更する。【選択図】図1
