PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate shock waves under higher pressure while evading the enlargement or complication of a shock wave feeding part.SOLUTION: Provided is a liquid treatment device (100) comprising: a shock wave feeding part (40) where shock waves are generated by the generation of explosion, and the generated shock waves are converged so as to be outputted and liquid holding part (10, 30)where a liquid as the object to be treated under fluidization or non-fluidization can be held, and it is composed that the shock waves outputted from the shock wave feeding part (40) are propagated into the liquid at the inside of the liquid holding parts (10, 30). The liquid treatment device (100) further comprises a bubble generation part (20) of generating bubbles with a fine size inside the liquid, and the liquid with the bubbles with a fine size can be fed to the liquid holding part (10, 30) based on the operation of the bubble generation part (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】衝撃波供給部の大型化若しくは複雑化を回避しつつ、より高圧の衝撃波を生成するとの新たな課題を見出した。【解決手段】液体処理装置(100)は、爆発の発生により衝撃波を発生させ、発生した衝撃波を収束して出力する衝撃波供給部(40)、及び流動若しくは非流動の処理対象の液体を保持可能である液体保持部(10、30)を備え、衝撃波供給部(40)から出力される衝撃波が液体保持部(10、30)内の液体の液中を伝播するように構成される。液体処理装置(100)は、微小な大きさの気泡を液体の液中に生成する気泡生成部(20)を更に備え、気泡生成部(20)の作動に基づいて微小な大きさの気泡入りの液体を液体保持部(10、30)に供給可能である。【選択図】図1
